Integrations
Your scorecard, filled in by the tools you already use.
Connect a data source once, pick which metrics to track, and HalftimeOS pulls a fresh number automatically — on a schedule tied to whichever meeting actually needs it. No more copy-pasting numbers into a spreadsheet the morning of your huddle.
How it works
Browse, connect, pick your metrics — done.
1
Browse
See what each integration tracks and why it's worth connecting before you commit to anything.
2
Connect
Sign in or paste a restricted API key. Credentials are encrypted at rest and scoped to your organization only.
3
Pick metrics
Choose from the metrics that source offers — the common ones are pre-suggested — and map each to a new or existing KPI.
4
It syncs itself
Tell it which meeting the KPI feeds and how many days ahead to pull — the number's ready before anyone asks for it.
10 integrations, and counting.
GitHub
Track pull requests merged and issues closed for your team's real engineering output.
More on the way.
The integrations framework is built to add new sources without reinventing the wizard — accounting platforms like QuickBooks are next. Have a data source your team checks by hand every week? Tell us — that's exactly the kind of manual busywork this is meant to replace.
Questions people ask
What integrations does HalftimeOS support?
HalftimeOS connects directly to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (SEO and site traffic), Stripe and Salesforce (revenue and pipeline), HubSpot and Mailchimp (CRM and email marketing), GitHub (engineering throughput), Zendesk (support volume), and GrowthZone and Bloomerang (association membership and non-profit fundraising) — with more data sources on the roadmap. Every connected metric can be mapped straight to a KPI on your scorecard.
How does an integration get onto my scorecard?
Connect a data source once from Settings → Integrations, pick which of its metrics you want to track (we suggest the common ones), and map each one to a new or existing KPI. From then on, HalftimeOS pulls a fresh value automatically — no one has to remember to look it up and type it in.
How often does HalftimeOS pull fresh data?
On whatever cadence matches the meeting that KPI feeds. When you map a metric, you choose which meeting series it's for and how many days before that meeting to pull — HalftimeOS syncs the number so it's ready before the huddle starts, the same discipline as prepping a scorecard by hand, just automatic.
Is my data secure when I connect an integration?
Yes. Every credential is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and scoped to your organization only — no one else on HalftimeOS, in any other company, can see or use your connection. For API-key integrations like Stripe, HubSpot, or GitHub, connect with a restricted, read-only key rather than a full-access one, so HalftimeOS can never write back to your account.
Can I still enter KPI numbers manually?
Always. Connecting a data source is entirely optional per KPI — auto-synced and manually-entered KPIs sit side by side on the same scorecard, and you can disconnect a source at any time without losing the KPI itself; it just goes back to manual entry.
What if Search Console doesn't have visitor counts?
Correct — Search Console reports how you perform in Google Search specifically (clicks, impressions, ranking position), not total site visitors. Connect Google Analytics alongside it for full site-traffic numbers.
Does HalftimeOS work for associations and non-profits, not just for-profit companies?
Yes — HalftimeOS's quarterly-priorities, scorecard, and weekly-huddle discipline apply just as well to a chamber of commerce or a non-profit board as they do to a company. GrowthZone (association management software) and Bloomerang (donor management) let a membership organization or non-profit pull real membership and fundraising numbers onto the same scorecard, instead of a spreadsheet pulled together before every board meeting.
